Fair question! The current market rate for a UX Designer with 10 years experience is an average of $100,000 (plus benefits). Aside from the overall cost, in my experience working for various companies as a full-time employee, you may not have a consistent work load to keep them busy.
With a subscription, you are able to pause as the work slows, and resume once you have more design needs, saving you in the long run.
Some clients of mine are hungry entrepreneurs, and have asked for the ability to create and host multiple websites or brands with me. In these cases, the pro or elite subscription would suit them best.
These subscriptions allow for up to ten websites being hosted at one time, unlimited brands and logo designs, as well as unlimited users that have access to the Trello board and can input design requests. Essentially, everything you need to really launch a business with the bonus of a UX designer input.
For service based sites, typically two weeks.
For e-commerce based sites, typically four weeks.
These timelines begin after the on-boarding call is complete and is also dependent upon the clients response time.

Affinity Programs, Adobe After Effects, Figma, Lottie, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Google Dev Tools, Blender, Procreate, and DaVinci Resolve.
I don't offer 3D animations at this time.
I suggest to prospective clients looking for UX work with a specific project to sign up for the Starter Subscription. Once the project is complete, hit the pause button. Resume and continue your subscription when you have additional design needs.
Depending on your subscription, you can input one to two design requests at a time. If you have a large queue of design requests, you can input those ideas into the project management system, and we move through them as each request is completed.
