With 10 years of experience in the design world, there are a lot of projects for you to peruse. These are my favorites.
TipTree.io designed a QR Code to support local musicians in three key ways:
Boost Tips: With a cashless option via QR codes on table tents, musicians reported a 10%-12% increase in tips.
Grow Social Following: Social media icons on the QR page allow fans to easily follow artists, enhancing reach at low cost.
Build Email Lists: Musicians can gather fan emails and numbers for targeted show updates, album drops, and merch, making it easy to stay connected while focusing on their music.
TipTree.io is a platform for musicians to house their fan database, set up an online store to sell albums and merch, create playlists for fans to submit song requests from, collect tips, sign up for gigs, and more.
We did a focus group on the original design of the dash and this was the initial feedback:
Confused Layout: users didn't understand the original dash design and were unaware of half the features TipTree had to offer.
Lack of Information: users didn't understand the point of collecting fan emails, or how to sign up for gigs.
The solutions I designed:
Add the tutorial videos through each of the tabs in the sidebar and make them collapsible so they don't take up unnecessary space.
Utilize a card layout to better organize information and offer an about section to explain the benefit of each feature.
Get Fish Slapped is a marketing agency out of Florida and while they have their own in-house team, they needed an outside perspective to bring their website and their brand to life. The owner was looking for a site that had a strong user flow and grabbed the attention of the audience with a bright and fun brand.
See Live SiteTheratec had a site previously designed by another agency in the twin cities. Unfortunately, this agency didn't take the time to fully research Theratec and their target audience. This left Theratec with a site that looked like they offered physical therapy to patients which lead to confused people reaching out about therapies.
The redesign focused on the tech behind Theratec and spoke to the true target audience: clinicians.
This improved their bounce rate and lead to higher conversion with their leads being more targeted.
The owners at Restore Neuro Rehab wanted a customized brand with a handmade element to speak to the amazing custom care they offer their patients. Their focus is on cognitive therapies and their goal in their site was to get visitors to reach out about customized therapies.
See Live SiteThe owner wanted a fun, engaging brand with a cartoon style mascot of a chicken in an aviator helmet. This brand needed to stand out in a sea of food trucks and wanted the voice to be light humor and personable.
And so the "Best Mother-Cluckin' Chicken" was born.
Their package include the mascot logo, typography, pattern designs, menu design, truck wrap design and mock-up, and web design & dev.
