How do I pause / cancel my subscription?

Go to "Manage Subscription" in the side bar. This will navigate you to your Stripe Dashboard where you are able to pause or cancel your subscription - anytime.

Why can't I submit design requests right away?

Your subscription starts within 24-hours of purchase (Monday - Friday). Your project management board is unique to you; your link will be updated under the category "Submit Design Requests" in the sidebar within 24 hours.

What type of work is included?

You are able to get branding, prototyping, forms, trade show marketing materials, and more depending on the subscription level you have.

I currently do not include video editing, complex animations, and 3D animations.
